Formula Americas Super GP Championship is made up of experienced motorsport professionals who are professional team owners, race directors, technical directors, drivers, driver coaches, crew chiefs, engineers, technicians, public relations managers and marketing executives; all of whom are focused on giving 100% to all of our drivers to properly prepare them for a career in the world of professional racing.

Formula Americas Super GP Championship mechanics are an international diverse group of experienced technicians who's sole focus is to support our drivers with top-notch, professionally prepared race cars.


Chief Executive Officer - JONATHAN N. LEWIS

JONATHAN N. LEWIS is the CEO of Formula Americas Corp. and Director of Marketing for Formula Americas. Jonathan has a strong 33-year history of owning and managing a team that has raced in the highest levels of the sport, while winning such prestigious races as the Mobil1 12 hours of Sebring. A team that has won races in every major professional Series it has entered. Jonathan's marketing expertise is also extensive as he was the Vice President-Marketing for the North American Touring Car Championship and instrumental in the Series’ formation and first year of operation, Director of Marketing for the Germain Racing NASCAR team and Director of Marketing for the company that invented the sport of Paintball. Jonathan has managed motorsports marketing campaigns for AmeriSuites Hotels, Cabo Wabo tequila, Sprint Long Distance, Benihana Restaurants and Slick50 Engine Treatment, among others. Jonathan’s previous business experience includes being the General Manager of a Porsche, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Honda franchise in New Hampshire as well as the General Manager of a BMW and Mitsubishi Dealership in Florida.

Chief Operating Officer - FLAVIO ABED

FLAVIO ABED is the Chief Operating Officer of Formula Americas Corp. As a racing driver, Flavio was the Champion of the rookie Tourism championship, Winner of the 12 hours of Mexico, Winner of the  Mexico 200 miles oval, 3rd place at the 24 hours of México, Formula Ford rookie and raced 1 season in Formula 3 Mexico.
Flavio’s professional career include: Director of Special Events for the FIA Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix from 1986 to 1992, Director of Special Events for the FIA World Sport Prototype Championship Mexico  1990-1992, CEO of the FIA Formula 3 Mexican Championship from 1992 to 1996 and CEO of the FIA Formula 4 NACAM Championship 2015 to this date.


Race Director - JACK KISH

JACK KISH is the Race Director for Formula Americas. Jack started out his racing career on the flat tracks of the AMA Pro Racing Series and later turned to Road Racing and motocross. But, in 1989, the 4-wheel variety caught his attention starting out as a Grid and Pit Lane worker. Jack is currently an SCCA Pro Racing Steward and SCCA National Road Racing Steward. Jack's experience includes holding the Chief Steward title for 6 different professional Championships as well as an active Formula 1 Grid and Pit lane worker and Pit Lane / Start Chief for the FIA Formula E Championship.


ANTONIO FERRARI is the CEO of the EuroInternational Group. EUROINTERNATIONAL is our international technical partner. Their experience and knowledge of the Mygale FB02 race car is extensive having won 5 Championship with them in America and Europe with drivers; Robert Wickens (IndyCar), Daniel Morad (Sports Cars), Gabby Chaves (IndyCar), Felipe Nasr (former Formula 1 driver and IMSA Sports Car Champion) and Alexander Rossi (Indy 500 Champion) with Rossi also winning the World Finals. In addition, EuroInternational operated an arrive & drive Championship in India for several years utilizing the Mygale FB02 race cars that was similar in ways to Formula Americas Super GP.

Technical Director - GORDON GRATIOT

GORDON GRATIOT is the Technical Director of Formula Americas. Gordon spent 27 years at IMSA. 10 years in the technical department for GTP, GTP lights, GTO and GTU, Kelley America, RS & ProFormance, and Firestone Firehawk Endurance Championship.
15 years as IMSA director of operations, 5 years as a competitor in GT with Porsche RSR and Super Car with lotus 180r.
Designed and built on track emergency response vehicles for IMSA and a major auto manufacturer.


Timing & Scoring Manager - DENNIS CHALFONT

DENNIS CHALFONT is the Manager of Timing and Scoring for Formula Americas. Dennis has spent all of his racing career at the wheel of Timing and Scoring. He was the 1997 SCCA Timing & Scoring Worker of the Year and spent 4 years at the helm of the American City Racing League.
Dennis has managed timing & scoring operations for NASCAR, Grand Am, IMSA, World Challenge and Champ Car.
